Sunday is all about local flavour, with the markets and time at beautiful Emily Bay, followed by a historian-led journey through the World Heritage-listed Convict Kingston area. Enjoy paddock-to-plate tastings, the Naturally Norfolk tour and a progressive dinner hosted by locals, then visit Colleen McCullough’s home, a sunset fish fry and the Kingston Sound & Light Show. Round out your stay with the Lavender Farm and a glass-bottom boat tour, finishing with the Bounty Folk Museum before flying home.
