DAY 1. Depart Brisbane to Coffs Harbour (MT,L,D)

We depart on our opulent ‘Diamond Class’ or luxury ‘Gold Class’ coach from Brisbane Coach Terminal, and travel responsibly knowing all coach emissions are 100% offset. We stop at Tropical Fruit World for morning tea and a plantation tour. Afterwards, we make our way south to break for lunch in Ballina before continuing on to Coffs Harbour. 1 Night Stay: Opal Cove Resort, Coffs Harbour

Day 2. Tamworth (B,L)

Travel along Waterfall Way to Ebor Falls for morning tea and a short walk to the lookout. In Armidale, we enjoy a wine tasting and lunch at Petersen’s Winery, then head to the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Experience Australia’s largest music festival, featuring over 4,000 performances day and night. 3 Night Stay: Mercure Tamworth. **Dinner is at own expense tonight.

Day 3/4. Tamworth (B)

Enjoy two days of the talents, sights and sounds of the Tamworth Country Music Festival, including free concerts, talented buskers, bush poets, line dancing and the Fanzone Stage in the city CBD which run daily from 10am til late. On both days Fun Over 50 Holidays has included an afternoon or evening show ticket. *Show program available December 2025. Included shows are value added by Fun Over 50 Holidays and cannot be refunded if you do not attend. Lunch and dinner at at own expense over festival days.

Day 5. Tamworth to Armidale (B,L,D)

Our first stop today is the Big Golden Guitar featuring the National Guitar Museum and the Country Music Wax Museum. Later, we explore the memorabilia collection at the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame. Leaving Tamworth, we travel to Bendemeer for lunch before heading to Uralla to walk the heritage trail and visit McCrossin’s Mill Museum. We conclude the day in Armidale. 1 Night Stay: Cotswold Gardens, Armidale or Rydges Armidale

Day 6. Brisbane (B,L)

We depart Armidale to travel on to Glen Innes, breaking at the Celtic Standing Stones. We continue on via Tenterfield stopping at the Tenterfield Saddler and historic Cork Tree. Arriving in Stanthorpe we enjoy our finalé lunch together at Ballandean Estate Wines before returning to the Brisbane Coach Terminal late afternoon.
