Day 1: Spirit of Queensland Cairns to Tully
Join the Spirit of Queensland this morning and travel from Cairns to Tully. On arrival in Tully, transfer to your accommodation in Mission Beach. Stay the next three nights at Castaways Resort and Spa, Mission Beach.
Day 2: Dunk Island
Take a picnic lunch and spend the day discovering the natural beauty of Dunk Island. (BL)
Day 3: Mission Beach
Enjoy a leisurely day exploring Mission Beach. Discover the beaches by kayak, fish from the beach or hire a boat and venture to a deserted tropical island (all own expense). (B)
Day 4: Spirit of Queensland Tully to Proserpine
Transfer from your accommodation back to Tully to re-join the Spirit of Queensland. Wind your way down the coast and arrive in the early evening at Proserpine. Transfer by RailBus Coach Connection to your accommodation in Airlie Beach. Stay the next three nights at Airlie Beach Hotel. (B
Day 5: Whitehaven Beach
Sail to Whitehaven on board Providence V, a classic 62 foot gaffed rigged schooner. Spend time swimming at Whitehaven Beach, take a walk to Hill Inlet and snorkel the pristine Whitsunday Island coral reefs. (L)
Day 6: Airlie Beach
Spend the day at leisure exploring the village of Airlie Beach with its relaxed atmosphere and collection of eclectic shops and cafés.
Day 7: Spirit of Queensland Proserpine to Brisbane
This morning is at leisure, before transferring back to Proserpine on the RailBus Coach Connection to re-join the Spirit of Queensland and continue your southbound trip. Overnight on board the Spirit of Queensland. (D)
Day 8: Brisbane
Arrive into Brisbane this morning where your holiday concludes. (B)
