DAY 5. THU – KATA TJUTA AND ULURU
It’s an early start to experience the full grandeur of Uluru from the sunrise viewing area before your short journey to the 36 mystical domes of Kata Tjuta. In the afternoon, you’ll travel around the base of Uluru, visit Kuniya Walk and Mutitjulu Waterhole before visiting Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre. End the day with an Uluru sunset complemented by an Aussie barbecue. (D)

Explore the World Heritage area of Ubirr, climb up through the ancient Aboriginal rock art galleries to the lookout for the view over the surrounding wetlands. Join the Guluyambi Cruise and go ashore in Arnhem Land. Stop at Bowali Visitor Centre before returning to Darwin. OVERNIGHT: Rydges Darwin Central (L)
