Day 1. Wed: Gympie to TamworthOur tour commences from Gympie and travels via the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane then west through to Ipswich & Warwick and onto Tamworth where we commence our festival adventure. Morning tea and lunch provided along the way. Enjoy the local hospitality and be accommodated in comfort. Private rooms with either twin or double beds available. Limited Single Rooms available. The houses are close to the local bus route for easy travel around Tamworth venues. Shuttle buses run regularly and operate from 10am until 3am each day/night. You are provided with your own key to house to come and go as you please. A light breakfast is provided each morning by home host. Our Coach will drop off and pickup from home host address. Overnight: Home-hosted accommodation (L) Days 2,3,4. Thu - Sat: TamworthThis morning we visit the Tamworth Visitors Centre to receive a warm coach welcome where one of their staff gives a brief talk on Tamworth and the Festival. Here you can also browse the large souvenir shop and perhaps even visit their very own Walk a Country Mile attraction (admission applies). Your time in Tamworth for the next few days is then of your own choosing and you will be responsible to get to the various venues of your choice. Shuttle bus passes for the duration of your stay can be purchased at very little cost. Over 60 venues throughout the town with around 80% free of charge! Overnight: Home-hosted accommodation (B) Day 5. Sun: Tamworth to GympieAfter breakfast with your hosts Polleys Coaches will collect you from the door. We farewell Tamworth for another year with many memories to talk about on our homeward journey. Our farewell lunch will be in Warwick RSL, a great way to end a fantastic country music experience. Tamworth at this time of the year is hot and a lot of venues are outdoors, please be sure to pack sunscreen, hats and a folding chair. The main concert on Saturday night usually books out well in advance so if you are planning on going to this concert please call Tamworth Information Centre and pre purchase your ticket. You will be able to claim it when you attend the welcome briefing on day 2. You will also need to take a photo ID to enable you to sign into many of the venues. Prices and Dates

Terms and ConditionsWHEN DO I PAY? .... A deposit of $100 per person is required to confirm your booking. Failure to pay the necessary deposit within 7 days of confirmation may result in the cancellation of your booking. Non payment of this deposit will result in the reservation being regarded as tentative and may be cancelled if circumstances make this necessary. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure of the tour. Payment will indicate that you are aware of and accept the conditions set out in this brochure. WHAT IF I CAN'T GO? .... If you find yourself in the position of having to cancel more than 30 days prior to tour commencement, an administration fee of $40.00 per person will be levied. The balance of your deposit will be refunded. A refund will be forwarded via your original means of payment (ie credit card, cheque or bank transfer). Please allow 5 working days to process any refund due. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to tour commencement, a fee of 50% of the tour fare will apply. TRAVEL INSURANCE .... Please choose a travel insurance policy to suit your requirements, for more information or a quotation contact Polleys Suntour Holidays or your Travel Agent, options should include:- Loss of Deposit; Loss of Baggage; Cancellation; Curtailment Expenses; Medical Expenses; Flight cancellation.
