Day 1. Arrive Paris

On arrival in Paris, be met at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy time to relax before a Welcome Reception. Three Night Stay: Paris, the equally luxurious Hotel du Louvre or Radisson Ambassador 

Day 2. Paris Sightseeing

This morning, discover the sights of Paris on a guided sightseeing tour. See the Champs Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe and journey up to the second viewing level of the Eiffel Tower. This evening, after time at leisure, get to know your fellow travellers at a Welcome Dinner. (BD)

Day 3. Paris at Leisure

Enjoy a day at leisure to explore Paris as you choose. Tonight perhaps see a show at the Moulin Rouge (own expense).  (B)

Day 4. Amsterdam, Embark Ship

Travel to Amsterdam and transfer to your luxury river ship, moored close to the city centre. 14 Night Stay: A luxurious APT river ship (BD)

Day 5. Amsterdam, Freedom of Choice Touring

Today, with Freedom of Choice touring, perhaps take a canal boat tour or visit the Van Gogh Museum. Back on board, enjoy the Captain’s Gala Welcome Dinner. (BLD)

Day 6. Cologne - Koblenz

Today take a city tour of Cologne, then continue to Koblenz. (BLD)

Day 7. Koblenz - Rüdesheim

Cruise the Rhine Gorge to Rüdesheim, and tour Siegfried’s Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum. (BLD)

Day 8. Wertheim - Miltenberg

Arrive in Wertheim and travel to Miltenberg for a tour then return to Wertheim and continue cruising. (BLD)

Day 9. Würzburg - Rothenburg

Tour Würzburg, then enjoy an included excursion to Rothenburg, a beautiful walled city. (BLD)

Day 10. Bamberg

In Nuremberg today, choose from a medieval city tour or a World War II tour. (BLD)

Day 12. Regensburg

Arrive in medieval Regensburg and take a guided tour. (BLD)

Day 13. Passau - Linz, Freedom of Choice Touring

Today, choose from a day tour to Salzburg, a tour of Passau then a cruise to Linz or an excursion to Cesky Krumlov. Then in Linz, enjoy an evening stroll tonight.  (BLD)

Day 14. Melk - Dürnstein - Weissenkirchen

Tour Melk’s Benedictine Abbey, head to Dürnstein for a tour, then cruise back to Weissenkirchen and sample Wachau Valley wines. (BLD)

Day 15. Vienna, Freedom of Choice Touring

Today choose from a guided walking tour of Schönbrunn Palace or take a city tour of Vienna. Tonight, perhaps take in an optional Mozart and Strauss concert (own expense).  (BLD)

Day 16. Vienna - Bratislava, Freedom of Choice Touring

In Bratislava, visit Bratislava Castle then choose from a medieval city tour or visit landmarks of the city’s Communist past. (BLD)

Day 17. Budapest, State Opera House Performance

In Budapest, take a city tour then enjoy a tour, a glass of champagne and a short private opera recital at the Hungarian State Opera House.  (BLD)

Day 18. Disembark Ship - Prague

Disembark the ship and travel to Prague, with the evening free. Three Night Stay: The luxurious Prague Imperial Hotel or President Hotel Prague (B)

Day 19. Prague Sightseeing

Take a tour of Prague today. Visit Hradcany Castle courtyard and St Vitus, then walk over Charles Bridge to the Old Market Square. This afternoon is free. Tonight, perhaps take in a folklore performance over a dinner of local specialities (own expense). (B)

Day 20. Prague at Leisure

Today enjoy a day at leisure in Prague. Perhaps join an optional excursion to Kutná Hora (own expense). This evening, enjoy a fitting end to your wonderful holiday at a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travellers. (BD)

Day 21. Depart Prague

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
