![]() ![]() Day 1. Wed: Sydney to Honolulu, HawaiiDepart on Hawaiian Airlines at 9:20pm from Sydney and arrive in Honolulu, Hawaii USA at 11:10am (same day). Flower Lei greeting at the Honolulu International Airport. Motor coach transfer will take us to the Ohana Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel where we check-in to our Ocean View rooms. We then enjoy buffet lunch at “Dukes” in the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach Hotel. After lunch enjoy a walk around Waikiki. Your hotel is located across the street from the world famous Waikiki Beach. (LD) Day 2. Thu: HonoluluFirst activity this morning will be a narrated tour of the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbour. After lunch we take an escorted tour of the USS Missouri in Pearl Harbour. On the way back to Waikiki we will have a drive-by tour of the city of Honolulu, including the state capitol building, King Kamehameha’s Statue, Lolani Palace (the only existing palace on US soil), Punchbowl National Cemetery, Washington Place, Kawaiahao Church, Mission Houses and downtown Honolulu. Tonight is the spectacular dinner and magic show at the `Magic of Polynesia’ in the Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel. (BLD) Day 3. Fri: Oahu North ShoreThis morning there will be free time to shop at the International Market Place next to your hotel. We will then take a tour of Oahu’s North Shores stopping to see the Green Sea Turtles at Lani’s Beach and then lunch at Turtle Bay Resort before we continue to the Polynesian Cultural Centre. Polynesian Cultural Centre Super Ambassador Admission includes souvenir kukui nut lei greeting upon arrival, personal guided tour of the villages, private canoe tour, optional backstage tour and reserved seating at all village presentations, Pageant of the Long Canoes afternoon show and IMAX™ show with reserved seats and exclusive entry line to Polynesia Theatre. Ambassador dining, choice of Prime Rib/Seafood buffet or Alii Luau Buffet, front row centre section seating for the evening show. In the evening there will be a Luau dinner and show. (BLD) Day 4. Sat: Pride of America CruiseThis morning we check-out and have lunch at Do Ho’s Restaurant at Aloha Tower Marketplace, then free time to shop at the Aloha Tower marketplace or go up the Aloha Tower for views of Honolulu. Next you will check-in for the cruise on the Norwegian Cruise Lines, Pride of America. After boarding, find your cabins and explore the ship until departure. Pride of America is a vibrant Americana themed ship full of choices and you’ll have ample opportunities to venture about, checking out the décor, spacious staterooms and regional dishes served in 11 restaurants. Pride of America has a warm and friendly American crew ready to assist you on your Hawaiian island adventure and make sure your cruise is just that, yours. (BLD) Day 5. Sun: “The Valley Island”Exclusive Charter Haleakala and Lao Valley Tour visiting Haleakala National Park summit, a massive shield volcano, at this altitude views of Maui are incredible. We will have time to tour the visitor’s centre and then leave the summit to go to the Lao Valley State Park where towering emerald peaks guard the lush valley floor of Lao Valley. This peaceful state park is home to one of Maui’s most popular landmarks, the 1200-foot Lao Needle. (BLD) Day 6. Mon: “The Valley Island”Exclusive Maui Ocean Centre and Lahaina Town Shopping Tour. A private charter where we will be entertained by playful green sea turtles, see the nation’s largest collection of living coral, and come eye to eye with numerous reef sharks. Explore the world of dolphins, whales and monk seals with the Marine Mammal Discovery Centre. Over 60 exhibits and hands-on activities will delight us all and we will be greeted with an orientation by an ocean Naturalist to be followed by lunch at The Seascape Ma‘alaea Restaurant. Then off to Lahaina Town for shopping before returning to the ship. (BLD) Day 7. Tue: “Hawaii’s Big Island”Exclusive Hilo Town and Volcanoes National Park Tour. We have a private charter that will pick us up at the Hilo Pier and stops include Rainbow Falls and Akatsuka Orchid Nursery. Hawaii Volcanoes National Park displays the results of 70 million years of volcanism, migration, and evolution. The park highlights two of the world’s most active volcanoes, and offers insights on the birth of the Hawaiian islands and views of dramatic volcanic landscapes. We will stop at the Visitor Centre, Steam Vents, and Jaggar Museum and then view Halemaumau Crater and Thurston Lava Tube followed by a buffet lunch at Volcano House. Before returning to the ship there will be a stop at the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Factory.(BLD) Day 8. Wed: “Hawaii’s Big Island”Exclusive Historical Kona Tour is a private charter highlighting the historic sights of South Kona, including the spiritual Place of Refuge. Step back in time to a sanctuary of Hawaii’s past where traditional Hawaiian lifestyle is preserved. Ancient temples and ki’i (wooden images) whisper stories from the past. This place provided refuge to Hawaiians who came here. Other stops on the tour will be at the Kona Coffee Visitor’s Centre, tranquil Kealakekua Bay, St Benedicts Painted Church and Kailua-Kona town. After the tour you will have free time to walk around Kona Town. (BLD) Day 9. Thu: “The Garden Island”Exclusive Waimea Canyon Tour. Our private charter will pick us up at the cruise ship pier and explore panoramic Waimea Canyon which mark Twain called “The Grand Canyon of the Pacific.” over ten miles long, and almost 4,000 feet deep, this marvel was formed by erosion and the catastrophic collapse of the volcano that created Kauai. See Hanapepe Lookout , exciting Spouting Horn and the south coast Poipu Resorts made famous in the Elvis Presley movie, Blue Hawaii. View kKoloa Sugar Mill and Queen Victoria’s profile. (BLD) Day 10. Fri: “The Garden Island”Exclusive Waialua River, Fern Grotto & Opaeka’a Tour. A private charter where we are picked up at the cruise ship to enjoy a cruise along the Waialua River to the famed Fern Grotto. See the cascading Opaeka’a Falls, the birth stones, and Coco Palms featured in the famous Elvis Presley movie, Blue Hawaii. Return to cruise ship before lunch. (BLD Day 11. Sat: “The Gathering Place”, Flight homeHave a good breakfast on board before you disembark your cruise ship today. You will be transferred by the cruise line from the ship to the airport.
